Patrick Machin has been designing and managing engineering projects for the past 10 years. As a professional engineer, Pat has the latest CAD software to design your home and plan your site. Pat includes detailed site plans for those difficult sites, complete structural plans, and many of the same details as an architect would provide without the expense.

He also has the resources to design and provide consulting services on your home's extensive heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems.
